Thank you for your interest in participating at the 40th Anniversary Festival. Unfortunately, we are sold out of vendor spaces. Check back in October for updates on the 2024 Festival.
FAQ
Do I have to participate all 3 days?
Yes! Vendors must be present all 3 days during vending hours. Some of our guests visit multiple days and we’d hate to see a guest miss out on re-visiting your booth or you missing out on a sale!
Can I pick my space #/location?
Returning vendors may request their previous space, but we cannot guarantee any placements. The are a limited number of premium spaces available in vendor registration.
What is included for vendors?
The festival provides one 10×10 tent per space and, for a small fee, may provide one table and two chairs. There are spaces with and without electricity to choose from.
Is there camping available?
We have dry camping available for vendors for $200, which can be purchased at the time of vendor registration. If you need a site hook ups, you will need to reserve those when they are on sale to the public on Friday, December 2, 2022 at 8am.
If I don’t reserve vendor camping, can I sleep in my vehicle?
NO! Any vendor found sleeping in their vehicles will be removed from the Festival and will not be invited to future Festivals. Along with that, absolutely no animals are to be left in your vehicles/trailers over the weekend. You will be asked to leave the Festival and take them home. (Seriously, please don’t try to hide any kittens from us. We will find them.)
Can I be an exclusive vendor?
We do not offer exclusivity, but if you are interested in becoming a sponsor it could be a possibility!
How many guests visit the festival?
Approximately 30,000 guests come through our gates over the 3 days!
Can I get a refund if I can't participate/ don't show?
We’re sorry, but we do not offer refunds. Sales on booth spaces are final.
