Volunteers are the backbone of the festival. The festival could not successfully operate without these dedicated individuals.
Volunteers work in 4-5 hour shifts and are provided 1 free parking pass (available ONLY at volunteer/ABC trainings), 1 festival t-shirt (unless volunteering for multiple days and supplies allow) and a volunteer pin. Water and snacks are also provided. You must be over the age of 14 to volunteer.
We depend on your commitment. Your presence and promt arrival for your scheduled shifts are absolutely necessary. Please remember to keep your sign-in information. If your schedule must change, please sign into our volunteer system and make your schedule adjustments.
All volunteers must check-in at the Festival Volunteer Headquarters tent prior to their shift assignment. Please arrive 20-30 minutes early (remember to also allow time for traffic getting into the park grounds). You must check-in at the beginning of each shift you have scheduled.
Volunteers will be provided a t-shirt. This is to be worn while you are working at the Festival. Do not make alterations to your t-shirt while volunteering for the event. When your shift is done you must remove your volunteer t-shirt. No drinking of alcoholic beverages is permitted while wearing your volunteer t-shirt.
All trainings are held at 41000 Main Street, Temecula. Training days are May 6, 2018 @ 12pm and May 10, 2018 @ 5pm.
