This package is for the person who wants the ultimate Festival experience! It includes a full hook up campsite. Two reserved seats in Cabana Club for either Friday or Saturday night with an exclusive back stage meet and greet with the entertainer of your choice. Silver reserved seats will be for the other night along with Sunday admission tickets. Limited number of packages available.

1. NO NAME CHANGES - PERSON CHECKING IN MUST MATCH THE RESERVATION NAME.

BALLOON & WINE FESTIVAL CAMPING CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations made thirty (30) days or more prior to the check-in date/time will be charged a cancellation fee of $25.00 plus convenience fee.
Twenty-nine (29) days or less forfeits all fees.
TO CANCEL YOU MUST CALL RESERVATIONS AT 877-733-3136 MONDAY-FRIDAY DURING RESERVATION BUSINESS HOURS 6:00A.M.-4:00P.M.
A maximum of 6 people and 2 vehicles per campsite (this includes your motorhome or truck & trailer).
